About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer to oversee our end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost efficiency and seamless operations.

On a Typical Day, You Will

  • Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including contract negotiations, purchasing, and supplier relationship management with strong emphasis but not limited to software and technologies
  • Manage company travel policy, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs
  • Use procurement systems to track, manage, and analyze purchasing activities, ensuring efficiency and transparency
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, IT, and compliance teams to support business needs

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of procurement systems
  • Experience as IT buyer - advance
  • Proven track record in negotiating contracts and driving cost savings; working closely with mid and top management
  • Experience in managing corporate travel policies
  • Familiarity with procurement and ERP systems (Zip and NetSuite - highly preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
