Define and execute the improvement of the Merchant Experience at Quince
Understand our existing experience with Vendors and work to enhance their experience with Quince
Develop and actively maintain product roadmap to improve product in ways that have the biggest impact on company KPIs
Work cross-functionally with business, UI/UX, data science, engineering to prioritize development work and achieve roadmaps across platforms.
Be the scrum master and product owner (define stories and detailed specifications) in engineering sprints
Manage risks in execution and scrappily unblock team to reach goals.
Execute build vs. buy decisions and scope building new features/functionality.
Optimize key metrics such as conversion rate, order value, session duration, cart abandonment, returns.

At least 3+ years experience in product management
Bachelor's degree in engineering & a MBA degree is preferred.
Experience working in the Retail Industry / e-commerce (US e-commerce experience is a big plus)
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion to answer Product/Engineering questions with data.
Capable of tackling very loosely defined problems.
