OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS

Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing partners and logistic operations.
  • Establish, measure and validate quality metrics then consolidate data sources to streamline critical quality improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and manage factory assessment/audit, qualification
  • Work closely with Sourcing and Merchandising teams on product launches, continuous improvement and support ongoing production
  • Leverage experience and knowledge of the sourcing base, ensure that they are socially complied
  • Keep abreast on latest regulations and implement necessary adjustments for compliance
  • Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product quality improvement
  • Develop, implement and manage CA/PA programs, and share the learning for process improvement
  • Establish solid working connections with key internal and external partners to guarantee all quality systems, best practices and tools are properly rolled out and utilized

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience leading technical quality improvement initiatives
  • Auditor certification or auditing experience in consumer goods industries
  • Knowledge of relevant quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, etc.).
  • Quality management experience within manufacturing, processing engineering in CPG
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles
  • Proven track record of. Evidence of ability to think strategically and communicate in a structured way
  • Proven track record in driving impact - e.g. defect reduction, continuous improvement or efficiency improvement.

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
