Principales responsabilidades:

  • Compartir el informe de productividad mensual por equipo.
  • Coordinar reuniones con su equipo de trabajo.
  • Compartir los registros de incidentes del mes.
  • Compartir la productividad de los agentes.
  • Supervisar y apoyar el desarrollo de su equipo.

Lo que estamos buscando:

  • Experiencia:
    • +1 año de experiencia en un rol similar.
    • Egresado de una carrera en finanzas, economía o administrativa.
    • Experiencia en procesos internos de KYC,
    • Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
    • Creación y análisis de bases de datos
