Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor the connection of the SPEI payment system with Banxico.
  • Monitor the correct functioning and application of the transactions sent, received, returned, settled, and applied.
  • Ensure 100% of CDAs delivered to Banxico according SLAs
  • Settle transactions not returned or in intermediate status by the system.
  • Attend claims from SPEI participant institutions and customers.
  • Execute testing with Banxico (POA, COAS, SPEI Cero,CODI,Dimo)
  • Address Banxico new requirements.
  • Perform BCP & BIA exercises
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the delivery of reports, information, or clarifications that may be required.
  • Initiate the operation process under contingencies and operate the contingency POAS- COAS - SPEI Cero.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance or a related area.
  • Experience in the banking, fintech, start-up, digital, and/or financial sector.
  • 3 years of experience in SPEI operations
  • Experience as a Specialist, Back Office, Middle Office in Financial Institutions,
  • Knowledge in SPEI, SPID, CODI, DIMO and electronic banking.
  • Experience in automation and process optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data for decision-making
