We are seeking a seasoned Information Security Manager to assist CISO in safeguarding our organization’s information assets and oversee our security operations. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong project management skills to lead our security initiatives effectively.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Handling the routine tasks of the security team.
  • Manage security projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Lead and build the security operations in monitoring, detecting, and responding to incidents for network and cloud infrastructure using HyperAutomation and SIEM.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the overall security strategy.
  • Helping to conduct security risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance security architecture and compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and standards such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of current and new compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, R&D, and product teams to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Provide security training and awareness programs for various company's teams..
  • Assess and monitor third-party vendors for compliance with our standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage external vendor relationships to augment security measures.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SDLC\CICD pipeline security
  • Knowledge of web security and OWASP Top 10 security risks and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in information security, including at least two previous roles.
  • Expertise in cloud security environments.
  • Expertise in SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and security content creation.
  • Hands-on experience in security operations and automation development (alerting, detection, prevention, incident response).
  • Knowledge of information security principles, risk management methodologies, and compliance software/tools
  • Understanding of compliance standards and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Team player.
