We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Campaign Operations team in Pune. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing, executing, and optimizing ABM campaigns, ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer interactions, and contributing to the growth of our revenue. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing inventory and revenue, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate should have an extensive knowledge of digital, social advertising, and email campaigns within the Adtech industry. Hands-on experience of working with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs such as xandr, Beeswax, Centro, and The Trade Desk) and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Constant Contact, etc) is required. Knowledge of HTML5, digital ad revenue operations, and advanced Excel skills will be an added advantage.
Skill Sets:
- 6+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, social and email campaign operations, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- BE/BTech/BS or equivalent technical degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working on digital advertising campaigns and creatives.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in campaign optimization strategies.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing ABM campaigns.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in revenue management, including tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Experience in inventory management, including resources, tools, and technologies.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of digital advertising campaigns and creatives.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience managing shifts and handling operations across different time zones.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in Excel to manipulate data, perform complex calculations, and visualize data trends effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Campaign Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to ABM campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Act quickly to mitigate any disruptions or delays in campaigns.
- Customer Calls & Engagement: Participate in customer calls to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met. Respond to Salesforce tickets, Slack messages and emails to help our go-to-market teams with client requests.
- Revenue Management: Oversee the tracking and reporting of revenue linked to ABM campaigns. Ensure campaigns meet revenue goals and take proactive steps to optimize performance where necessary.
- Inventory Management: Manage and track resources and inventory for ABM campaigns. Ensure timely procurement and allocation of materials, technology, and other assets for campaign success.
- Training & Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and insights. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skill set of team members and ensure alignment with ABM objectives.
- Self-Starter & Independent Work: Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter mentality. Work with minimal supervision while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Shift Handling Experience: Manage operations during various shifts, ensuring the smooth running of campaigns across different time zones and regions. Handle shift-specific responsibilities, ensuring optimal workflow and timely responses to any campaign-related issues.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, operational efficiency, revenue, and inventory management. Use data insights to inform decision-making and process improvements.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that campaigns align with business objectives and are executed efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall success of ABM campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Proven experience in working on digital advertising and email campaigns and creatives.
- Possesses solid analytical skills and is well-versed in campaign optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of performance marketing.
- Excellent written communication skills, both via email and messaging platforms.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
