A day in the life...

  • Manage the full AP invoice lifecycle for our US, Czech, and Canadian operations

  • Handle vendor onboarding from setup through ongoing maintenance - create new vendor profiles and maintain existing records

  • Generate Purchase Orders and ensure proper documentation throughout the procurement process

  • Process incoming invoices - data entry, coding, and system management to keep everything organized

  • Verify that all supporting documents meet company requirements and compliance standards

  • Coordinate approval workflows, ensuring invoices move smoothly through the proper channels

  • Review and validate employee travel expenses and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company travel policies and proper coding to the appropriate expense accounts

  • Prepare payment batches and ensure timely processing to maintain strong vendor relationships

  • Master our new ZIP invoice management system (US-based platform - full training provided!)

  • Review and improve accounting processes and policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to quickly resolve any questions or discrepancies

  • Build expertise across the complete procure-to-pay process in a collaborative learning environment

What we are looking for...

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance fundamentals

  • Familiarity with Czech Accounting Standards and US GAAP accounting standards (we'll help you grow your knowledge!)

  • Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas

  • Experience with procure to pay lifecycle, invoice management, or AP software is a plus (ZIP experience preferred but not required), familiarity with expense management platforms (Concur, Expensify, Navan, etc.) is helpful but not essential

  • Familiarity with 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving)

  • Eagerness to learn and develop your finance career

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
