About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Drive operational excellence and tactical precision in procurement to enable Addi’s banking transformation, ensuring 100% regulatory compliance and significant cost optimization while maintaining the agility of our business.

What you will do

  • Reduce procurement request turnaround time from weeks to days for standard requests by implementing streamlined processes and taking ownership of all tactical execution (PO creation, vendor communications, RFP management, contract follow-ups).

  • Achieve measurable cost savings across managed spend categories through effective negotiation, competitive bidding, and market analysis, building on the team's proven track record of savings.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with banking regulatory requirements for vendor due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and documentation across all procurement activities, with zero audit findings or regulatory penalties.

  • Implement standardized procurement processes and documentation that improve efficiency, reduce errors to near-zero, and create measurable performance metrics across the procurement lifecycle.

  • Become a Trusted Business Partner: Achieve a solid stakeholder satisfaction score or higher from business units through faster response times, proactive engagement, and pragmatic solutions that enable commercial goals while managing risk.

What we’re looking for

  • Has solid procurement and sourcing experience in multi-category spend

    • 2-4 years of demonstrated success as a Procurement Analyst/Buyer or Sourcing Analyst, specifically managing a multi-category spend portfolio.

    • Experience in a high-growth Technology or Fintech environment is highly desirable.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

    • Proven ability to source and manage both Indirect Spend (Professional Services, Marketing, HR/Recruiting, Facilities) and Technology Spend (SaaS/Software Licenses, Cloud Services, Hardware).

    • English Fluency

  • Demonstrates AI & automation experience or strong interest

    • Strong interest or hands-on experience with AI technologies, specifically AI agents and automation tools to streamline procurement tasks.

    • Ability to identify opportunities for process automation and work with AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency in vendor management, PO processing, and compliance workflows.

  • Proven track record of execution excellence and accountability

    • Manages high volume of complex procurement tasks with impeccable attention to detail and reliability.

    • Independently drives the end-to-end procurement process (from approved requisition through supplier sourcing, PO creation, and contract/vendor management) with near-zero errors and no missed deadlines.

    • Takes full ownership of procurement results, cost savings targets, and compliance execution within their delegated authority.

    • Data-driven decision maker: Uses spend analytics, cost breakdown, and supplier performance data to guide purchasing decisions and maximize ROI.

  • Possesses strong commercial acumen and pragmatic problem-solving

    • Quickly understands business drivers, revenue models, and strategic priorities within a fast-paced fintech environment.

    • Proposes practical, business-oriented solutions that achieve commercial goals while effectively mitigating risks.

    • Negotiates competitive pricing, commercial terms, and detailed SLAs with diverse suppliers. Reviews and analyzes contracts thoroughly.

  • Has a history of high agency, autonomy, and commitment

    • Highly independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal guidance to address and resolve problems (critical for remote environment).

    • Acts with a sense of urgency, demonstrating high ownership and responsibility for achieving set targets and meeting stakeholder demands.

    • Adapts quickly to urgent business unit needs and market changes in a high-pressure environment.

  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and clear communication

    • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT, business units) and external suppliers.

    • Clearly articulates procurement policies, negotiation outcomes, and compliance requirements to non-procurement teams.

    • Meticulous in all documentation, data entry, and contract review to prevent errors and ensure risk mitigation.

  • Digital proficiency and systems experience

    • Proficient in ERP or procurement software systems (NetSuite experience is a plus) for order management, tracking, and data analysis.

    • Comfortable with digital workflow execution and accurate data input for data-driven procurement.
