Mission

Contribute to the optimization of the entire user lifecycle by identifying opportunities, executing data-driven experiments, and leveraging insights to drive measurable impact. Focus on testing, learning, and iterating to uncover strategies that enhance user engagement, activation, retention, and overall business growth.

What you will do

  • Identify Growth Opportunities

    • Analyze user lifecycle data and metrics to uncover key areas for improvement, proposing strategies that enhance the user experience and drive business impact.

  • Improve Braze Communication Flows

    • Audit, optimize, and build automated communication flows in Braze to increase relevance, personalization, and the effectiveness of user interactions.

  • Implement and Scale A/B Testing

    • Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing experiments across different stages of the user lifecycle to identify effective tactics for improving key metrics such as conversion, activation, and retention.

  • Develop Data-Driven Insights

    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker or Google Sheets to monitor the performance of implemented strategies, and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.

  • Propose and Implement Continuous Improvements

    • Iterate on strategies and tactics based on experimental results and data analysis, continuously optimizing processes to maximize the value of each user interaction throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Growth Marketing Expertise

    • Proven experience (2+ years) in lifecycle marketing strategies in a digital-first environment.

    • Strong track record of designing and implementing successful A/B testing experiments to optimize conversion rates.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making

    • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and SQL to extract insights, measure performance, and track key metrics.

    • Demonstrated ability to interpret user behavior and campaign effectiveness using data to inform decisions.

  • Campaign Management Skills

    • Hands-on experience running omnichannel marketing campaigns, including paid media, email, SMS, and in-app messaging.

  • Collaborative and Strategic Thinking

    • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams to align growth strategies with broader business goals.

How the hiring process looks like

  • Meet with our recruiter for a 30-minute video chat. We will get to know you better, understand what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you might have about ADDI.

  • Meet with one team member for a 30-minute video chat interview. Here, we will ask you to solve a technical exercise with SQL and also questions about your background and dive deeper into your experience and skills. You will be able to ask any questions about the culture and how we work at ADDI.

  • Meet with our Growth Lead for a 30-minute chat to talk about your skills in driving growth initiatives, experience with A/B testing, deep dive in your growth lifecycle knowledge and cultural alignment.

  • Business Case Presentation, with this business challenge, we want to see your business strategy, prioritization skills and expertise facing a real-situation.

  • Meet with one of our founders for a 30-minute chat to talk about the vision of the company, what we are building and how you will contribute to our product.
