The Position

As a Consulting Senior Manager, you will join our growing Professional Services team and will help our name brand clients solve their documentation challenges.

Specifically, you will:

  • Build trusted relationships as the Senior Business Lead and drive the overall business relationship.
  • Be a centralized leader of strategic development and momentum.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Arteria platform driving solutions for our clients.
  • Be detail oriented with implementation planning, workback schedules, resourcing, and end-to-end project execution.
  • Know when to react to optimize results or mitigate issues.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with the Arteria Product, Technology, Data Science & DevOps team to configure the best possible solution for our clients and our Arteria teams.
  • Mentor a smart, inspiring group of Professional Services team members.

Requirements

We are hiring for candidates with the following experience:

  • 10+ years of Management Consulting Experience, with a consulting firm.
  • 8+ years of being a ‘Client Lead’ developing trusted Senior Business client relationships.
  • You have proven experience in growing a client account, understanding the client’s needs and how to solution to their needs.
  • You are an optimist and have the foresight to create solutions even before challenges arise.
  • You have a ‘we before me’ attitude and you unite/bring teams together.

The following capabilities are also considered assets, but not required.

  • Client facing experience in Pre-Sales: Engineering, Technology Strategy, Value Cases etc.
  • Experience designing business processes and functional use cases.
  • Experience leading delivering technology engagements with financial institutions.
