About the role:

  • We are looking for the right teammate to join Belong as our newest Account Executive “Closer”. You will play a pivotal role in closing high-impact deals by partnering with our junior account executives at the final stages of the sales process.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to build trust and rapport with prospective customers, leveraging your expertise and deep understanding of our services. By addressing concerns, demonstrating the value of our offerings, and guiding potential members towards informed decisions, you will be instrumental in securing new business and driving Belong’s growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, driving growth for Belong in the US market.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Closing deals: Identify, pursue, and convert high priority sales opportunities that are at the final stages of the funnel, utilizing a deep understanding of the market, our offering, and member needs.
  • Importance of mastering the last part of our sales cycle. This includes preparing junior AEs for the call.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance member experiences.
  • Market Research and Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in remote Sales experience
  • A winning mindset
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
  • Experience and track record in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
