The homeowners who trust us with their most valuable asset are not landlords. They are people, often accidental ones, who inherited a home, relocated for work, or outgrew a starter house. They did not plan to be in the rental market. They are nervous. They have heard horror stories. And the first person who replaces that anxiety with confidence is not a call center agent. It is a Growth Advisor.
This role is based in Buenos Aires and operates in a hybrid model. You will work with homeowners across the United States while collaborating closely with Belong’s global team. Is it you?
THE ROLE
As a Growth Advisor you sit at the very top of the Belong Member Journey: the moment a homeowner discovers that something fundamentally better exists and decides whether to trust us with their home.
You are not processing leads. You are diagnosing situations and solving problems. You are the voice that turns a skeptical homeowner into a confident partner, and the presence that makes someone hand over the keys to the home where their kids grew up, because you showed them, in one conversation, that the system will protect it.
This role is powered by AI and built for people with the intelligence to leverage it. You will operate with tools that generate rental estimates, score leads, pull comps, and prepare you with context before every call, so your time is spent entirely on what matters: understanding the homeowner and closing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the Homeowner from Consultation to Signed Agreement
Qualified leads arrive via warm transfer from the Associate team. The homeowner already raised their hand. Your job is to run the consultation: diagnose their situation with discovery questions, understand their fears, connect Belong’s value to their specific need, and guide them to signing the agreement and scheduling a complimentary home inspection. The best first calls do not feel like sales calls. They feel like the homeowner finally found someone who understands.
Convert with Rigor and Care
Hit and exceed your lead-to-listing conversion targets. Not every homeowner signs on the first call. Your follow-up cadence is surgical: scheduled callbacks, targeted macros, wealth analysis sharing, and persistent but never annoying outreach across a multi-day sequence. You track every opportunity in Salesforce, know exactly where each deal stands, and understand that the difference between top Advisors and everyone else is discipline in follow-up.
Represent the Brand at the Highest Standard
Speak the Belong language: homeowners, not landlords. Homes, not units. Residents, not tenants. Members, not customers. The words you use shape the experience. Handle objections with the confidence of someone who genuinely believes in what they are selling, because it is the truth: this is structurally different from anything else out there. Be the kind of person a homeowner trusts with the first chapter of their Belong story.
Contribute to the Machine
Coordinate the handoff into the system: schedule inspections, set expectations for the report review meeting, document everything in Foundation and Salesforce so the Home Quality team inherits context, not confusion. Flag friction in the sales funnel. If something is consistently breaking down, you do not just note it: you surface it with a recommendation. Operate with radical ownership. If a homeowner falls through the cracks, it is not someone else’s problem. It is yours.
WHO YOU ARE

- You are a natural diagnostician. You listen before you talk. When a homeowner says they are worried about their home being taken care of, you do not launch into features. You ask what happened that made them worried. You find the real need underneath the surface question. Then you solve it.
- You are relentlessly curious about technology and genuinely excited about what AI makes possible. You are not scared of automation. You see it as your leverage.
- You are competitive in the right way: you want to win, but you want to earn it. You set goals and you are honest with yourself about whether you hit them.
- You take ownership seriously. You do not pass problems down the hall. You solve them or flag them with a proposed solution.
- You are obsessed with learning. You are not looking for a job that stays the same. You want to be significantly better in 12 months than you are today.
- You care about the humans on the other end of the phone. A homeowner trusting you with the home where their family grew up is a real thing. You treat it that way.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, customer-facing roles, or anything that required you to earn trust quickly and move people to action.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), as you will be working directly with homeowners across the United States.
- Strong verbal and written communication. You can take a thirty-minute conversation with a nervous homeowner and make them feel like they just found their solution.
- Comfort with data and digital tools. Salesforce, CRMs, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows are part of how you work, not things you avoid.
- Track record of setting goals and caring about whether you hit them.
- Genuine interest in real estate, tech-enabled services, or the intersection of both.
