We are seeking a talented copywriter to join our team to write website content that engages visitors and converts them into customers and advocates for the Commerce brands. This individual will use their excellent written communication skills combined with topic research and web writing best practices to write blog articles, landing pages, white papers, and other web assets. Candidates will be asked to craft content tailored for target personas, search engine optimization (SEO), and agentic crawlers with compelling calls-to-action to convert visitors into leads.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write web copy that engages and converts visitors into customers

  • Research and write blogs and resources that are informative and provide value to readers

  • Write multiple copy variations for A/B testing to uncover optimal messaging strategies

  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for research, drafting, and editing.

  • Ensure content matches the voice and tone of the Commerce brands

  • Collaborate with website strategy, design, SEO, and paid advertising teams

  • Research and maintain in-depth knowledge of ecommerce industry trends and Commerce products to ensure content is up-to-date

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience in communication or marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Solid portfolio of previous writing examples

  • Creative mindset for writing bold, one-of-a-kind copy

  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing is a plus

(Pay Transparency Range: $65,000-$110,000)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
