About the Role:
As a Recruiter at Chief you will partner with key stakeholders to help us build out our Marketing, Brand, Sales, Operations, Events, Tech, Product, and general teams. You will work with our Head of Talent Management and team to elevate and refine our processes and attract top talent. You bring the ability to understand how to match talent to the most relevant opportunities, assess candidates’ skills, weaknesses, and potential for growth.
This role acts as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate and hiring manager experience top of mind. This individual will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders and the business to drive hiring, not to mention become an integral part of an inclusive and mission-driven organization.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the subject matter expert to guide your hiring managers and interviewers as needed
Execute full-cycle recruiting and pipelining plans
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent
Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas
Determined by market needs and business strategies
Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle
Regularly communicate status and results
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Must be self motivated and ensure goals are met
What You’ve Done and Enjoy Doing:
Experience with end-to-end recruiting experience at a fast paced and evolving environment
Has hybrid agency and in-house experience
Experience working with Ashby preferred
Successful track record of directly sourcing candidates
Strong knowledge of “outside the box” recruiting resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships
Strong sense of urgency

The base salary for this role is: $120,000.
Chief participates in the E-Verify Program in certain locations, as required by law.
