Drata is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing Revenue Marketing team. This person will be a key member of the revenue marketing team at a fast-growing, B2B SaaS startup. You will be responsible for building and managing impactful marketing campaigns, with a focus on the mid-market and enterprise segments. We’re looking for someone who has held a similar role to this before and knows what it takes to make all the parts of an integrated campaign work together seamlessly. What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting the mid-market and enterprise segments for the purpose of driving awareness and quality pipeline that converts to revenue
  • Determine channel selection and GTM timeline, manage execution and campaign budget
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content, field/events, brand, PR, digital and other functions to build and execute on a cohesive campaign strategy
  • Create reporting and continually direct the optimization of campaigns
  • Partner with marketing operations to implement and operationalize campaigns, including reporting, analytics and tech stack requirements

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of demand generation, campaign management, creation, or reporting experience, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company or agency
  • 1+ years experience with CRM, databases & email automation tools, which may include HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoominfo and more
  • Demonstrated history of collaboration and partnering with cross-functional teams, including sales, sdr, customer success, field marketing and more
  • Must have experience building enterprise demand generation campaigns
  • Must be familiar with building integrated campaigns and identifying channels for promotion
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below.

Tier 1: $116,875 - $144,375

Tier 2: $105,188 - $129,938

Tier 3: $93,500 - $115,500

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation – including a candidate’s professional background and experience. What tier you are aligned to is non-negotiable and is solely dependent on where you permanently reside. These ranges and tier alignments may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
