Field Marketing Manager (Remote)

Drata is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join the team! This person will be a key member of the marketing team at a fast-growing, Series C B2B SaaS startup. In this role you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives at the regional level to support overall marketing goals and objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of regional marketing dynamics, ABM, third party event/tradeshow management and how to effectively manage a marketing budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through field marketing programs and working with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop a regional marketing plan that is aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Regional Market Activation: Identify target markets and segments within assigned regions, and develop tailored marketing programs to drive brand awareness and new business pipeline.
- Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events including trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, webinars and community events to generate leads and foster relationships with customers and partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of field marketing activities with overall business strategies and objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to support field marketing initiatives as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, ABM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense).

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $141,900 - $175,200
Tier 2: $127,700 - $157,700
Tier 3: $113,500 - $140,200
