Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven Commercial Account Executive to help accelerate Drata’s growth across EMEA. This role is based in Amsterdam and is ideal for a proven SaaS sales professional with 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within security, compliance, or consulting. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership of outcomes, and consistently deliver results.
What you’ll do:
Own the full sales cycle, bringing new customers on board and consistently exceeding revenue targets
Identify and engage high-potential prospects aligned with Drata’s ICP
Build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline while developing deep expertise in your assigned region
Execute creative outbound and partnership strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth
Partner with senior executives to uncover business challenges and guide them through an efficient, consultative buying process
Surface product and market insights based on direct customer and partner feedback
What you’ll bring:
3+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years closing new business
Experience in high-growth or startup environments strongly preferred
A strong outbound mindset, prospecting and closing new business is core to how you operate
A self-starter mentality with the ability to turn ideas into execution
Resourcefulness and resilience when navigating obstacles or ambiguity
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to build trust with customers at all levels
Confidence paired with humility. You seek feedback, ask questions, and are always focused on improving your craft

This role will receive a competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is €193,375 - €216,125, subject to change.
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience. This range may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
