As the Specialist, Business Process Reengineering, you will help document and refine how HashiCorp uses IT SaaS technology to help scale the company and align with company principles. • Technical Writing: Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
  • Standard Process Definition and Governance: Develop ceremonies (meetings, automation, etc.) to agreed upon business process standards (SOPs), and documentation is reviewed and updated as needed; establish role definitions and manage the extended community of process owners, program managers, and operations teams that may leverage our core IT business technology on a regular basis.
  • Project Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver process documentation initiatives, architecture maturity model projects, and strategy development initiatives by ensuring each process-related milestone is delivered on time and the scope is appropriately limited.
  • Change Management: Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts and application of best practice.

You may be a good match for our team if you have…
