About the team

The Demand Generation and Sales Campaigns team is focused on attracting, engaging, monetizing, and retaining prospects and customers at HashiCorp. The team is accountable for building and orchestrating integrated marketing, product, and sales journeys that are tailored by message, persona, and use case. These journeys will be aligned with our solutions, customer pain points, and pertinent industry trends. In order to achieve this, we will partner with subject matter experts across GTM to create unified strategies, to identify prospects and drive them through the ALEER (Adopt, Land, Expand, Extend, Renew) and PLG (Product Led Growth) business motions.

About the role

Sales Campaigns Team is a crucial part of the Growth Organization currently owning HashiCorp’s build/execution of core and opportunistic sales plays, inbound lead follow-up process with sales, lead qualification (scoring), and HashiCorp’s Chatbot tool.

As part of the Sales Campaign team and Growth organization, you will be a key partner to the Demand Generation teams to 1. Drive successful inbound marketing funnel performance 2. Drive and execute quarterly sales plays globally 3. Deliver monthly on lead follow up and marketing campaigns to sales counter parts 4. Analyze & Optimization lead scoring and account scoring models for marketing organization.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work and build relationships cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Operations.

Lead Generation Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to support marketing and sales pipeline goals
  • Work with marketing teams to identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns (inbound/outbound) to engage potential prospect and/or customer

Lead Flow Optimization

Synthesize Go-To-Market strategies into inbound & outbound sales play cadences utilizing knowledge best in class sales processes.

  • Work closely with sales management to improve the most important KPI’s for Inbound/Outbound pipeline creation, revenue generation, and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on lead qualification criteria and definitions.

Data Management and Analysis

  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, lead pipeline, conversation of marketing leads to qualified opportunities and overall effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Support for Sales Campaigns

  • Create content for outbound sales execution in partnership with sales leaders, product marketing and enablement
  • Bring a strong coaching mindset and support our sales teams through call coaching, sequence review and development, email and social selling strategies, objection handling, etc.

You may be a good fit if:

  • 2+ years experience working in marketing operations, analytics, or a similar role preferred
  • Experience in the software or technology industry
  • Willing to learn new skills and use feedback for continual improvement
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to marketing scoring models (i.e. lead scoring, account scoring)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and optimization mindset
  • Skilled in Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Outreach/Salesloft, and/or Tableau/Data Analytics Tool

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:
$117,300$138,000 USD
The base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:
$107,500$126,500 USD
The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:
$97,800$115,000 USD
