As an Application Developer with IT Automation expertise, you will design, develop, test, and implement automata, digital workforce, data models, data transformation logic, and action flows using various IT automation tools and technologies. You will utilize your understanding of IT processes to translate them into automated solutions that optimize service delivery, generate documentation, and facilitate changes. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Develop Automation Solutions: Design, develop, test, and implement automata, digital workforce, data models, data transformation logic, and action flows using IT automation tools and technologies such as Red Hat Ansible, HashiCorp Terraform, and IBM RNA. • Apply AI and NLP Concepts: Apply exposure to AI/GenAI, AI Operations, and NLP concepts to develop innovative automation solutions. • Implement Automated Solutions: Translate IT processes into automated solutions that optimize service delivery, generate documentation, and facilitate changes. • Ensure Operational Efficiency: Familiarize yourself with the operational aspects of IT automation tools and technologies, including their network connectivity. • Collaborate with IDCP and ICA Platforms: Work with IDCP (IBM Delivery Central Platform) and IBM Consulting Advantage platform along with method to ensure seamless integration.

- Solid understanding of data lifecycle within enterprise environments, including data ingestion, processing, governance, and application scenarios.
- Familiarity with common business workflows in data‑driven organizations, such as reporting processes, data quality validation, and knowledge management workflows.
- Experience working with AI‑related use cases in enterprise contexts, such as knowledge‑base question answering, document automation, chatbot development, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of how data platforms, ETL pipelines, and backend services support business applications and analytics needs.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations using Python backend services, RAG frameworks, AI models, and low‑code automation tools such as n8n or Dify.
- Awareness of cloud governance, security, and compliance considerations when deploying AI or data solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with AI Operations: Exposure to AI Operations concepts, with the ability to apply them in developing innovative automation solutions. This includes understanding how to integrate AI Operations with IT automation tools and technologies. • Knowledge of NLP Concepts: Exposure to NLP concepts, with the ability to apply them in developing innovative automation solutions. This includes understanding how to utilize NLP to improve automation solution effectiveness. • Understanding of IDCP Method: Experience working with IDCP method, with the ability to ensure seamless integration with IT automation tools and technologies.
