Anticipated Start Date: March 4, 2025

*(no tech software Sales experience needed. If you have a background as a BDR/SDR, Door to Door Sales, Retail, Real-Estate, or Agency Recruitment, we want to hear from you!)

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Manage Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from initial qualification of warm leads to closing deals. Build strong relationships with prospects, engage in consultative sales conversations, and guide them through the purchasing decision

  • Qualify and Convert Leads: Use your communication skills and curiosity to understand customer pain points, qualify leads, and identify their needs

  • Consultative Selling: Leveraging your growing sales skillset, you’ll understand the unique needs of each customer and will offer custom recommendations on how they can make their operations more efficient by using a range of Homebase’s solutions

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and driving customer satisfaction. Use sales tools and data to identify opportunities and close deals in a timely manner

  • Customer Engagement: Guide prospects through the buying process, from product demos to implementing Homebase. Ensure that each interaction is personalized and focused on solving customer problems and driving success

You are a bar raiser, which means:

  • 1+ years of selling experience – we’re particularly excited to meet individuals who are looking to transition into SaaS Sales or those looking to deepen their expertise

  • Growth-Oriented & Coachable: You are self-motivated, prioritizer of tasks, and someone who is looking to get 1% better every day. You’re open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable to new processes and environments

  • Accountability & Ownership:You are ready to collaborate and celebrate team wins, while also being accountable for your own individual performance

  • Communication & Rapport-Building: You are excellent at building relationships, asking insightful questions, and connecting with others

  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: You are able to approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and able to understand complex systems, problems, ideas, and topics

  • Consistency & Reliability: You are dependable and consistent. Meeting (and exceeding!) goals is written into your DNA

  • Curiosity & Enthusiasm: You have a genuine excitement to help small businesses succeed. You believe asking questions is the key to unlocking the information needed for you to make an impact

  • Going Above & Beyond: You will proactively learn and become an expert in Homebase's suite of products. Being new to this industry won't deter you from having a successful tenure, starting from day 1

What We Offer:

  • Compensation structure: Hourly rate is $20.19/ hour + $18,000 commission (approx. $60k annual earnings)
