Kong Inc is a software company that provides open-source platforms and cloud services for managing, monitoring, and scaling application programming interfaces (APIs) and microservices.
Kong EMEA is looking for a talented Regional Marketing Manager, to manage integrated campaigns across events, content marketing, social media, and paid digital campaigns within the Central Europe, EMEA region. The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Director Marketing EMEA, and work closely with the regional sales teams to understand market priorities and deliver impactful campaigns generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Establish yourself as a trusted and respected partner with Sales stakeholders, translating sales goals into marketing tactics and programs
Work in partnership with the global demand generation teams to build and drive integrated marketing campaigns
Own, define & drive the regional marketing plan
Manage regional budget and reporting
Coordinate regional planning and execution with sales & marketing stakeholders to build campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, and deliver pipeline
Maintain ownership of the region’s performance, through consistent reporting, analysis, and optimisation efforts.
Owning the leads process through the funnel and devising programs and activities to Accelerate lead time-to-value
Identify focus areas and build plans to drive expansion
Think creatively about customer journeys to drive engagement all the way through the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
Implementing regional ABM and executive programs
Partner with the sales development team to develop and execute effective inbound/outbound campaigns

Work with the Partner team to harness the Partner ecosystem, build and drive integrated marketing campaigns with key partners
What you will bring
7+ years of marketing experience working in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment; specific expertise in software and SaaS/subscription models is strongly preferred
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work remotely and effectively across cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with marketing platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, event platforms, 6sense, CMS, Pathfactory
Proven track record of delivering measurable results
Exceptionally strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages, and plans.
Additional Languages a plus, German and English are required.
Familiar with SiriusDecisions best practices, and lead management.
Enterprise segment experience; Experience with running ABM and executive programs.
