About the role:
We’re looking for a UI Engineer with a passion for building technical tools and scalable design systems. You will be responsible for building UI features, integrations, tools, and custom single page applications. You will collaborate closely with the design org and work with cross functional engineering teams to uphold standards and consistency. You have a deep understanding of UI principles, an understanding of user experience, and the skill and drive to build scalable single page web applications.
What you'll be doing:
Writing frontend code using TypeScript and Vue.js.
Working cross-functionally with other teams to deliver a consistent user experience.
Deliver high-quality software by writing automated tests.
And any additional tasks required by the manager.
What you'll bring:
3-6 years of experience writing JavaScript, and a history of using TypeScript in production.
Knowledge of Vue.js, or a proven history of learning new technologies quickly.
Excellent visual and written communication skills, to collaborate effectively with design, product, and engineering teams.
Bonus Points:
Experience working on technical products and data visualizations.
Contributions to a UI component library.
Experience with NGINX/OpenResty/Kong/LuaJIT.
