About The Team
While belonging to a close-knit central Analytics team, each Life360 Analyst partners with one or more business units on a long-term basis. We bring subject matter expertise in data, metrics, tools, and analytical methodologies to solve business challenges and act as thought partners across the organization.
About The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven and experienced analyst to support Life360’s growing International business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product, and Growth—to analyze and optimize a roadmap that drives user and revenue growth, uncovers new business opportunities, and delivers incremental value across our global marketplaces.
You’ll use your analytical expertise across Life360’s unique datasets—spanning geolocation, mobile app behavior, and transaction activity—to answer key business questions and uncover strategic insights. You’ll be a key contributor to strategic decision-making and shape our approach to customer experience, product development, marketing efforts, and business performance. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, technical depth, and a knack for data storytelling. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work proactively and independently.
The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing product experiences and the customer journey through actionable, data-driven insights. You should be equally comfortable writing SQL, building dashboards, and communicating results in a clear and compelling narrative. A strong candidate will bring a blend of consulting and collaboration skills, technical proficiency, leadership, business intuition, and product sense to thrive in this role.
This role follows a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in the London office.
What You Will Do
- Assess the impact of marketing initiatives, across CRM, performance marketing, and other channels.
- Design and analyze Product A/B tests to generate insights that inform and optimize our experimentation roadmap.
- Support ideation and testing of new initiatives through rigorous analytics and experimentation frameworks.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define key metrics and develop reporting that tracks and explains performance against those metrics.
- Own and continuously improve existing dashboards.
- Leverage large-scale, multi-source datasets using advanced tools and analytical techniques to generate clear, actionable insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of core business drivers and key metrics, and proactively partner with leadership to provide context and guidance around performance.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities by conducting research and analyzing customer behavior to inform and refine our value proposition.
- Analyze end-to-end user journeys, feature adoption, and country-level trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Help to upskill the international team in the use of self-serve dashboards
- Operate independently while being a collaborative team member—effectively managing relationships, deliverables, and expectations with business stakeholders
- Partner closely with other data analysts and data scientists to share knowledge, align and enhance methodologies
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of analytics experience, ideally supporting cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, and Business functions.

- Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering, Finance or other quantitative field
- Demonstrated impact in translating strategic business and product questions into successful analytical projects
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities and ambiguity. That means being flexible and willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to be successful.
- Expert capabilities with SQL, Tableau, and Excel are required.
- Experience with Python for scripting, and working with large datasets is a plus
- Strong grasp of statistics and experimentation techniques (e.g., confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, regression models)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to scope a problem, formulate relevant questions, draw relevant data, and provide insights from the data is critical for the role.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively—both written and verbal—with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
- Skilled in storytelling through data and visualization tools
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and partner with different functions, as well as senior business leaders
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking paired with intellectual curiosity to learn about new topics and uncover hidden insights
