About The Team
Life360 Ads is actively seeking a seasoned Lead Client Partner with substantial digital ad sales experience and established contacts within agencies and directly with clients across the Central region. This senior role requires a proactive and dynamic professional who can start immediately, activating robust sales strategies and setting up meetings with key stakeholders from day one. As an individual contributor, the Senior Client Partner will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas through strategic efforts across a designated territory, encompassing both direct clients and agencies. The role focuses on evangelizing Nativo's innovative solutions around content and engagement, fostering client relationships, and tailoring native/content marketing strategies to meet client needs.
What You’ll Do
- Identify new business opportunities with both media buying agencies and clients directly
- Network with potential clients at industry events and conferences
- Consult with clients on their marketing needs; creatively design and execute comprehensive content marketing initiatives through the Nativo platform
- Demo Nativo’s suite of solutions and product updates
- Develop account strategies to drive long-term revenue growth, develop requests for proposal responses and programs, and drive upfront media buying
- Generate a high volume of sales-related activity, including calls/meetings, presentations, proposals, and client entertainment
- Build strategic-level relationships with clients and agencies and generate high-level campaign ideation to meet client goals and objectives
- Travel to various client sites within your territory
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, media, programmatic, and interactive
- Knowledge/Experience of native advertising, content marketing, ad tech platforms, brand storytelling, audience targeting, and optimization strategies, applied across all screens
- Expertise and a strong POV on specific advertising verticals
- Client direct and agency selling experience with both managed and programmatic programs required
- Strong contacts within the industry and in your territory
- Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape
- Must be highly motivated and a team player
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to manage a large volume of prospecting activity (outbound calls, client meetings, proposals, etc.)
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace & Salesforce
As an early member of the newly integrated advertising team from Life360 and Nativo, you will have agency to shape how our platform evolves to address the outcomes advertisers are seeking. You will also be a passionate advocate for improving everyday family life and the role that brands can play to reduce friction and deliver value. You must possess an entrepreneurial, client-centric mindset that will foster market responsiveness as agency client needs shift. Your responsibilities will include driving the growth of existing business, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, meeting and exceeding quotas, as well as ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration to deliver client outcomes.

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with a demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue in the agency channel, with a strong ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.
The US-based salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 ($250,000 - $320,000 OTE). We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package will also include quarterly bonuses based on target achievement, equity and a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
