We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to join our team, you will drive the entire recruitment lifecycle for Sales and corporate functions, acting as a trusted business partner to hiring managers and the interview team.
You will hunt the best talent for our open roles and ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish whilst taking the opportunity to shape, mould, and impact how fast we grow and how we’re perceived in the industry. It doesn’t get more exciting than this!
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle (req to offer), acting as the enabler to make things happen all things talent acquisition related.
- Proactively source/headhunt and qualify candidates through various online platforms.
- Ensure full, accurate use of the Applicant Tracking System including management training
- Utilize innovative strategies for pipeline generation of diverse talent.
- Partnering/coaching our hiring leaders to continuously refine our talent selection process
- Be the candidate ambassador throughout the hiring process, ensuring best practice in the candidate experience whilst leveraging technology, scaled for growth.
- Develop strategies to fill active and passive pipelines through sourcing & recruitment programs and planning with leadership.
- Participate and lead, where required, key local and global projects relating to Talent Acquisition and the wider HR remit.

Requirements:
- Cyber Security background, with preference to OT/IoT but not essential
- Demonstrable experience of full lifecycle recruiting from req to negotiating and closing great candidates at the offer stage
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills to manage your day during busy periods is a must
- Experience recruiting commercial staff including Sales & Corporate within a high tech environment
- Tenacious with the ability to make things happen and drive the process
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and build a plan to get them filled
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to know what good looks like
- Proven experience of successful partnering with hiring managers
- Tech savvy with the thirst to learn
- Ability to work in remote office home location with concentration and attention
- Personal flexibility to meet time zones of candidates and hiring managers who are internationally located
Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $74K to $120K This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
