About the Role

- Mentor and coach other engineers, sharing best practices around coding and architecture that support a business at an early growth stage.
- Take part in code reviews and architectural discussions as you work with other software engineers, UX designers, and product managers.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development velocity and iteration speed.
