Responsibilities:

As a data scientist team member, you will work at the forefront of the data world, optimizing predictive models and assisting our clients to use those predictions to affect their business.

Together with the team, you will be continuously helping our clients achieve their business goals, and reinforce the value of Pecan’s modules, and the ease of use of our platform.

You will handle complex data science challenges using state-of-the-art techniques such as custom loss-functions, auto-encoders, embeddings, LSTM, and many more.

What we are looking for:

  • 5 years of experience as a data scientist working on tabular data
  • Bsc in a relevant field
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and Spark
  • Experience in creating measurable value with ml (defining KPI’s, designing AB tests, monitoring)
  • Experience with time series
  • Experience with AWS / Databricks – advantage
