Responsibilities

As the first and only Marketing Operations Manager at Pecan.ai, you will be responsible for managing the marketing technology stack, optimizing processes, and enabling the marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Data, and Product, to ensure that our marketing operations align with overall business goals. Your mission is to build, optimize, and scale marketing processes that drive growth, improve ROI, and enhance customer experiences.

What you are going to do:

  • Own the website from A to Z, managing all aspects of site performance, updates, and content to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Own the marketing technology stack and automations, ensuring tools are fully integrated and optimized for campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the web developer and their pipeline, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of web projects that support marketing goals.
  • Own HubSpot and its integrations with all relevant platforms, ensuring data flows smoothly and marketing automation is fully utilized.
  • Own data integrity and flow between systems, including maintaining accurate attribution models to support data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Own QA for all marketing-related initiatives, from funnel performance to tracking accuracy, ensuring flawless execution and reporting.
  • Support any marketing initiative that requires technology or operational input, providing the necessary expertise to drive success.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years as a Marketing Operations Manager – Must
  • Proven experience in marketing operations with a strong understanding of website management, marketing technology, and data integrity.
  • Expertise in managing HubSpot, Salesforce, and its integrations with other platforms.
  • Experience in working with WordPress and Google analytics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly in QA and data accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
