OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS

Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requires doing impartial Inspection at Quince Warehouse & at Factory based on AQL. Audits can be outstation & should be open to Travel.
  • Confirming & non confirming Product management at Quince Warehouse relating to correction, segregation, return, communicating with Partner and with Quince.
  • Needs to be alert enough to catch workmanship defect, able to decipher Pattern, do Fitting / wear Trial, Physical Testing, match with Approval Sample / website picture and check the functionality of Products.
  • Have Process & risk-based approach in finding out the root cause & take timely Corrective Action Plan.
  • Provide feedback & recommendation for continuous Improvement.
  • Aware of statutory & regulatory requirements to ensure compliance & safety with Industry & brand Quality requirements.
  • Be responsive to the customer complaints related to Product Quality & accordingly address the issues to the Partners & suggest remedies.
  • Pro-Actively response to all the Quality & returns related communications and closely monitoring quality to reduce the Return percentage.
  • Timely updating of reports, CAP in the portals. Reports should be truthful & accurate. All evidence mentioned in the Report should be verifiable & complete.
  • QA should adhere to all SOP & work Instructions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of Strategic Quality & Supplier Management experience operating with major US-based retailers, buying agency or Liaison office. Experience in Ecommerce or Mail order /Catalog based company would be preferable.
  • QA who performs their work ethically, impartially, honesty & responsibly are only preferred.
  • Person should be decisive in nature i.e. make quick reasonse judgement/decisions.
  • QA should be of strong nature to act with fortitude.
  • Process based approach with a supply chain background and manufacturing (lean) Experience. Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical with a focus on execution, problem-solving, improving processes and brand enhancement.
  • Continuous learner and highly curious; always open to considering new perspectives; proactive when changing course and facing added challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
