The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most exciting and fast growing tech companies in the world, let alone the Macedonian market. A Goods Central Ops Manager at Slice is responsible for managing and optimizing key operational processes to ensure efficiency and operational excellence. This role focuses on managing Network Inventory, preparing purchase orders, and improving delivery operations. Core responsibilities include overseeing delivery zone creation and schedules, ensuring timely routing of orders on designated delivery days, and enhancing the route, pick, and pack processes. Additionally, the Goods Central Ops Manager leads data reporting, system project management, and collaborates with the team to collect outstanding payments, ensuring timely payment processing. The main goal is to build and expand long-term relationships with our pizzeria partners by optimizing their experience with supplies and providing them with phenomenal service. Slice’s high-energy environment offers the opportunity to learn and collaborate from and with industry experts. Please note that this is an on-site, full-time position, and working hours are organized in 1 shift, Monday-Friday (10 AM - 6 PM EST).

  • Optimize and maintain delivery schedules frequently based on market growth and expansion

The Winning Recipe

  • Excellent verbal and written English; minimum C1 level
  • High School diploma or College Degree preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems
  • Tech-savvy; we use Google Suite
  • Previous working experience in a customer-facing roles would be considered a plus
