About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recuiter in India to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our technical talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The role will have a primary focus on technical talent for our engineering team, but will also include some roles across the rest of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving end-to-end recruiting across all roles for our team in India
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent across various roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization.
• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Continuously optimize and enhance the recruitment process to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, offering insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment activities in India.
