The Role:

As a Client Relationship associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class, personalized banking experience to a select group of clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding client financial aspirations, introducing them to our exclusive financial product, and ensuring that their financial goals are met.



What we are looking for:

You Will:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with premium clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client interactions, providing a personalized experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Introduce premium clients to our deposits product, highlighting its potential for wealth generation. Explain the financial modeling of earnings based on different investment amounts to clients.
  • Guide clients through the account opening process with transparency and clarity.
  • Present clients with access to private events, high-profile seminars, and engagement strategies.
  • Gather required documents and generate account files.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management or direct client service, preferably with high-net-worth clients.

We are looking for a person willing to travel from monday to friday to different cities in Mexico to serve our client and manage the signing of documents.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
