The Role

The Sales Representative Administrative role plays a vital part in supporting the sales team's efforts to drive revenue and achieve sales targets by providing administrative assistance, coordinating activities, and ensuring efficient operations within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including issuing invoices for external sales force, uploading documentation required and coordinating fee payments.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials
  • Respond to referral inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new sales representatives, including preparing welcome packages and coordinating training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and support for sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, generating reports and analysis as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the sales team

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
