The Role

As the Growth Analyst for the Stori Préstamos (Luna) team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and driving the growth of our personal loans product. This position involves working closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. You will be tasked with interpreting data, predicting trends, and recommending actionable insights to optimize our marketing strategies and product offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to understand behaviors and identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and CRM team to refine targeting strategies and optimize campaign performance across various channels.
  • Work with product managers to integrate analytics findings into product development processes to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth, activity, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements.
  • Support the customer support and collections teams by providing analytical insights that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Objectives and Success Metrics:

  • Your primary goal will be to support the scaling of the Stori Préstamos product by leveraging data-driven insights to drive user growth and product adoption.
  • Success in this role will be measured by the effectiveness of growth strategies in achieving increased user acquisition, retention, and overall customer lifetime value.

Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in growth analysis, digital marketing analytics, or a similar role focusing on data-driven decision making and strategy in the digital product space.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis with the ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries and utilize analytics tools to gather and interpret data.
  • Understanding of Development Methodologies: Solid grasp of software development and project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, to effectively collaborate with product teams.
  • Bilingual Communication: Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English, providing clear and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Digital Tool Proficiency: Experienced in using digital platforms for agile product development and analytics, such as Jira, Google Analytics, and other data visualization tools.
  • Technical Translation: Skilled in interpreting and translating business objectives into analytical requirements and action plans to align closely with strategic goals.
