The marketing and acquisition lane is the team responsible for creating, communicating our brand proposition in a wide range of touchpoints and to acquire customers at scale in order to drive the top line growth of the company. The lane is formed by a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product, data science, data analyst, growth and tech professionals that work together to build our brand, communicate our messages and attract a high amount of customers.

The Role

The Offline Campaign Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing offline campaigns across various media such as out of home, radio, print, TV, activation, etc. This person will work with media partners, manage budgets, report results and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with a proven track record in campaign management, media planning and negotiation skills.

You will

  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and exposure growth
  • Develop comprehensive media plans and budgets that align with business objectives and target audiences
  • Work with media partners to negotiate and secure optimal placement and pricing for media buys
  • Manage and track campaign budgets to ensure spending is in line with forecasts and ROI goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, product, and analytics to develop compelling campaign messaging and creative
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery
  • Develop and present regular campaign performance reports to management and stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaigns based on data insights, market trends and best practices
  • Work with different partners to create the campaign assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in offline campaign management, media planning, and negotiation.
  • Experience working with media vendors and negotiating media buys.
  • Knowledge in fintech is a plus.

  • Optimization: Continuously evaluating and optimizing campaigns based on data insights, market trends, and best practices.
  • Innovation: Experience in driving new media projects in which the target customers are impacted in unexpected and impactful ways.
  • Project management: The Project Manager should have experience in project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams management to deliver customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of a range of online and offline media platforms.
