Your Role and Impact

Stori is looking for a seasoned product leader to help realize Stori’s mission and enormous potential of becoming the next $10 billion company. This role is focused on two aspects:

1. deepening multi-product relationship with Stori’s users (financial products such as credit card, loans, deposit account; non financial products)

2. Increasing mobile app engagement of Stori’s users

The scope of the role includes:

  1. Increase the numbers of Stori products used by Stori users
    • Activate first use of products
    • Increase the frequency of product uses
    • Cross sell other products to users who only use one or two Stori products (e.g. cross sell credit card and loan to deposit-only users), using in-app means, CRM messages or other channels
    • Define new financial or non-financial products to be built to deepen engagement and generate additional revenues
  2. Increase mobile app engagement of the users
    • Through multiple product ownership and activities
    • By increasing the in-app activity frequency when using each main Stori product
    • Via non-traditional product experience (including gamifications such as social games, or rewards and charity donations for in-app engagement)

This role is preferred to be based in Mexico City, or Arlington Virginia

Who are we looking for

  • You have been successfully driving customer engagement in a multi-product consumer internet company that is based on mobile app user experience
  • Super strengths that we are looking for
    • Customer engagement and lifecycle management
    • Product sense and marketing sense. Know how to intuitively cross sell additional products to customers
    • Knowhow on how to increase DAU with existing products and new products
  • Big bonus points
    • Growth product management experience
    • English and/or Spanish

Other requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in Product Operations or Customer Engagement leadership roles
  • Strong ability and curiosity in learning new markets and customer behaviors
  • Strong on A/B testing, analytical, and communications
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
