As an Executive Recruiter at Stori, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for high-level executive, directorial, and specialized roles across the organization. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their talent needs and deliver best-in-class recruitment strategies that drive growth and innovation in our Startup environment.

Experience
- 5+ years of executive recruiting experience, focusing on C-level, directorial, or specialized positions.
- Experience recruiting executive profiles in the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America is required.
- Experience working with ATS and managing data-driven recruitment processes.
- Proven track record of recruiting in the financial services or banking sectors.
- Experience working in or with startups is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in headhunting or executive search agencies is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency is required (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and external candidates.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Experience recruiting for Fintech companies.
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies in Latin America, especially Mexico and the U.S.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best recruitment practices.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and specialized positions, including C-level roles.
- Partner with leadership teams to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates through networking, headhunting, and strategic sourcing methods.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, manage the candidate experience, and ensure a seamless process from initial contact to the offer stage.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to track, report, and optimize hiring processes.
- Stay current with market trends and insights, specifically within the financial services and fintech sectors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and needs.
