As an Executive Recruiter at Stori, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for high-level executive, directorial, and specialized roles across the organization. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their talent needs and deliver best-in-class recruitment strategies that drive growth and innovation in our Startup environment.

What We Are Looking For

We seek a results-driven Executive Recruiter with a proven track record in leading high-impact recruitment processes for executive, directorial, and specialized profiles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services or startup industry and strong connections to top talent. Equally important, you must be at ease working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Experience

  • 5+ years of executive recruiting experience, focusing on C-level, directorial, or specialized positions.
  • Experience recruiting executive profiles in the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America is required.
  • Experience working with ATS and managing data-driven recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record of recruiting in the financial services or banking sectors.
  • Experience working in or with startups is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in headhunting or executive search agencies is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required (both written and spoken).

  • Experience recruiting for Fintech companies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment strategies in Latin America, especially Mexico and the U.S.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best recruitment practices.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and specialized positions, including C-level roles.
  • Partner with leadership teams to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates through networking, headhunting, and strategic sourcing methods.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, manage the candidate experience, and ensure a seamless process from initial contact to the offer stage.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to track, report, and optimize hiring processes.
  • Stay current with market trends and insights, specifically within the financial services and fintech sectors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and needs.
