The Field and Retail Operations Sr. Analyst will be responsible for managing physical sales locations within malls (such as kiosk), focusing on driving customer acquisition and optimizing location performance. This person will work closely with sales teams, media partners, and external agencies, manage budgets, oversee data analytics, and ensure that physical locations are optimized for traffic and sales. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with a proven track record in sales operations, field management, and performance analytics

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of physical locations, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with external agencies to manage the operations of mall locations and promoters, including rent negotiations, kiosk construction, hiring, and budget management.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize location performance based on data insights, market trends, and industry best practices.
