We're looking for a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Junior Analyst to assist us to develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns for our brand. This role will support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, goal oriented, and highly creative, with a knack for project management and attention to detail. This candidate is open-minded, unafraid to roll up their sleeves while operating in a very fast-paced environment.

- Desirable network of influencer and agencies contacts
- Expertise in social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Have experience in strategizing, planning influencer campaigns KPIs aligned with business revenue and OKRs goals
- Analyze campaign data and pull insights to inform go-forward strategy on owned channels, sharing insights with broader team
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Negotiation Skills to secure optimal placement and pricing with agencies and direct influencer network.
- Medium knowledge of a range of influencer marketing channels and agencies.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience in cross-functional teams management to deliver customer experiences

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are met that align with marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
- Maintain day to day operations with external agencies to improve OKRs within budget
- Support team in execution for new product launches and promotional influencer campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize influencer partnerships and drive ROI, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Assist in influencer partnerships including sourcing, outreach, contracting, briefing, content development, and campaign timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, incorporating new ideas and approaches into campaigns as appropriate to ensure Stori stays at the forefront of influencer marketing.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in a wide range of industries, manage outreach and communication, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Develop creative briefs and content guidelines for influencers to ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across social media platforms and other channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and measurement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's voice and messaging, and ensure that influencer content aligns with marketing and brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and disclosure requirements for influencer partnerships.
