Increase Stori’s business and customer understanding through data analysis & visualization, A/B testing, and statistical modeling (pull data from Amazon Redshift and create dashboards in Amazon Quicksight)
Establish KPIs and monitoring practices for a business area; socialize program health and important changes with the broader team (this could include establishing and coordinating Monthly or Quarterly Business Reviews)
Define an analysis and testing agenda to glean insights, prioritize and forecast impacts of strategic initiatives or product/feature development, and make strategic recommendations
Work directly with stakeholders and senior leaders to prepare backward looking-reports, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses to piece together overall company performance
Work cross-functionally with other verticals like Product, Finance, Data Science, or Operations to implement strategic recommendations
4+ years of work experience in a data-centric or business modeling roles (likely credit, consulting, or banking but we are open to other relevant work experience)
Expert in SQL with proficiency in Python or another scripting language, with the interest and initiative to learn relevant new technologies
Experience building & maintaining financial or predictive models
The ability to maintain their own analysis & work agenda, prioritizing highest-leverage work and implementing solutions to problems surfaced by their analyses
Someone who is self-motivated, driven, and willing to tackle a problem head-on
A team player who knows how to communicate effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize for the entire company
A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Math, or other quantitative discipline
