  • Lead the marketing strategy for the acquisition and retention of Credit Card (CC) customers, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & Growth and in a dotted line to the Credit Card Division.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the Product, Acquisition, Marketing, Data, and Analytics teams for the Credit Card, ensuring a cohesive and value-driven communication and marketing strategy aligned with our users.
  • Define and articulate the Credit Card’s value proposition in relation to the target segments (C, C-, D+), the competitive benchmark, and its role within Mexico’s leading financial SuperApp ecosystem.
  • Drive adoption of the Credit Card and new features (e.g., installments, cashback, co-branded cards), maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Design and implement the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for key Credit Card product and feature launches.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Product Marketing or Growth role within the technology or financial industry.
  • Proven track record of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that resulted in tangible customer or revenue growth (e.g., product/feature launches, funnel optimizations).
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis (benchmarking) to identify customer pain points and new growth opportunities.
  • Experience analyzing product and customer data (e.g., retention cohorts, conversion rates along the application funnel) to inform and optimize strategy.
  • Experience defining the acquisition channel mix and collaborating with Paid Media, Product, Brand, and CRM teams.
  • Proven experience in technology or fintech companies (preferred), with a strong understanding of innovation processes, value proposition development, and digital product launches.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills to translate complex data (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates) into profitable and sustainable growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of the Customer Lifecycle and growth frameworks applied to digital ecosystems.
  • Understanding of digital and omnichannel marketing dynamics (SEM, Social Media, App Store Optimization, Offline Media, CRM) to drive efficient acquisition.
    Full fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, to produce executive-level documents and plans.
  • Content Coordination: Create and ensure consistency of compelling marketing messages across all channels (Web, App, Email, CRM) that communicate the core value of the Credit Card.

  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the primary source of customer and market insights (needs, pain points) to guide the Product team’s iterations and Credit Card development.

  • Acquisition Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the acquisition and adoption of products and features.

  • Engagement/Retention Strategy: Develop marketing programs and in-product experiences that increase engagement and retention among Credit Card users.

  • KPI Analysis and Reporting: Regularly measure and analyze key metrics (acquisition, conversion rates, campaign ROI), providing actionable insights to leadership.
