As the Business Analytics Lead for the Cobrand Credit Card program, you will be the analytical owner and strategic bridge between Credit Risk, Growth, and Partnership Management. The scope of this role encompasses the end-to-end lifecycle of the customer and the product. You will take charge of Acquisition Execution Monitoring, Credit Performance Monitoring, and Strategic Valuation. This is a leadership role where success means moving beyond simply reporting "what happened" to proactively defining "what should happen". You will help design growth and conversion strategies, calibrate credit policies, and drive partnership optimizations that maximize customer activation and profitability while maintaining healthy risk levels.

Desired Knowledge:

  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Advanced SQL and Python mastery to extract and model large datasets, ensure data quality, and translate complex business problems into actionable insights.

  • AI-Native Implementation: Adept at leveraging LLMs to accelerate code generation, debug scripts, and automate routine workflows.

  • Modeling & Statistics: Practical knowledge of financial models, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, segmentation, and experimental design (A/B testing).

  • Visualization: Solid experience building automated dashboards using BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, Claude).

  • Lending Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of lending models, risk, and P&L drivers (is a plus).

  • Language: Fluency in English.

Experience:

  • 4+ Years of Experience in Credit Risk, Growth, Product P&L or Data Analytics within the Financial Services or Fintech industry

  • Experience leading high-impact analysis and presenting results to other business leaders.

Partnership/Cobrand Experience (Preferred): Experience managing analytics for a partnership product (is a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Track and evaluate critical credit metrics, including delinquency buckets, roll rates, Purchase Volume (PVOL), revolve rates, and rewards costs

  • Monitor and optimize the acquisition funnel, differentiating applicant quality and behavior across various traffic channels

  • Build customer segmentation based on demographics, financial behavior, and expenditure patterns

  • Collaborate with valuation modeling teams to validate the calculation and forecast of unit economics for the cobrand portfolio

  • Design and implement credit policies, continuously calibrating them based on valuation modeling and realized performance. Monitor process integrity to ensure correct implementation

  • Forecast expected Acquisition and asset volumes to support strategic planning

  • Design and oversee a robust testing strategy, including foundational testing for risk modeling and A/B testing on communication channels

  • Analyze specific partnership interaction behaviors, such as Share of Wallet, rewards redemption rates, and partner GMV increases

Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive strategic recommendations and optimize performance
