The Business Analytics Manager is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for leading the Business Analytics team. Their main mission is to model and optimize the Stori customer experience post-booking, operating at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Credit, and Data Science.
This leader is key to the deep analysis of how digital experiences affect business outcomes and value generation. They have the functional authority to guide strategy, evaluate and determine the feasibility of critical initiatives, and directly influence product design and development. Given its strategic nature, the position reports directly to the Director of Business Analytics and offers the opportunity to build and consolidate a team of analysts.

  • Post-Booking Customer Strategy and Analysis: Deep understanding of customer lifetime value and dynamics, focusing on the post-acquisition cycle.
  • Product Economics and Financial Portfolio: Advanced knowledge of how product interactions and communications influence credit card usage, as well as the economic strength and resilience of the portfolio.
  • Experimentation and Validation Leadership: Proven competence in managing and executing testing agendas (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and continuously improve the product experience.
  • Solid Quantitative Foundation: Degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative fields.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Tools: Advanced experience in SQL and Python (or an equivalent scripting language) for large-scale data processing and modeling.
  • Cross-Functional Thinking: Ability to collaborate strategically with the Marketing, Product, Credit, and Data Science departments.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years in senior positions focused on data, business modeling, product, credit, strategic consulting, or banking.
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing analysis, product analytics, and directing A/B tests.
  • Demonstrable experience in mentoring or training analysts; the position requires and encourages team building and leadership.
  • Definition and Leadership of Insights: Direct the generation of key insights regarding the customer experience to identify high-impact product opportunities and propose strategic solutions.
  • Behavior Modeling: Deeply analyze how product interactions and communications impact customer transactional behavior, portfolio economics, and associated risks.
  • Testing Control and Management: Manage the experimentation and validation agenda, ensuring methodological rigor to optimize the product experience.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Head of Product to define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), propose work agendas, and ensure the delivery of business results.
  • Executive-Level Influence: Utilize expertise to evaluate potential initiatives and set the overall strategic direction, responding to senior leadership requirements.
