We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training & Enablement Leader to drive the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer success teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively engage with customers, drive revenue, and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic training and enablement roadmap aligned with the company's GTM objectives, product launches, and market dynamics.
  • Design and deliver engaging training content, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and sales collateral, tailored to various audience segments within the GTM teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success, to identify training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics, feedback, and performance indicators, and iterate on programs to drive desired outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the organization, fostering a mindset of curiosity, growth, and excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales enablement and training methodologies, integrating insights into training strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in training, enablement, or a related field, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of Go-To-Market strategies, sales processes, and customer engagement frameworks.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms, and other training tools is desirable.
  • Passion for learning and personal development, with a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and evolving best practices.
