About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Monitoring & Operational Standards Specialist based in Bogotá, Colombia to support Veho’s warehouse operations across the U.S. Through remote monitoring tools—including live and recorded camera systems—you will play a critical role in upholding safety standards, validating operational processes, promoting standard work adherence, and identifying productivity opportunities across Veho sites.
Your attention to detail, operational judgment, and ability to spot risks and process gaps will directly contribute to a safer, more efficient, and more consistent experience across the network. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, observant, organized, and passionate about operational excellence.
Compensation & Schedule

  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday; all schedules include work on some holidays
  • Hybrid role based in Bogotá (3 days in office, 2 remote)
What You’ll Do
  • Monitor warehouse operations remotely using live and recorded camera feeds to evaluate safety practices, operational processes, productivity, and general quality.
  • Conduct routine safety audits, ensuring proper lifting, PPE usage, equipment operation, and identification of unsafe conditions or hazards.
  • Review process adherence across induct, staging, sorting, loading, launch, and other workflows to ensure consistency with standard work and operational expectations.
  • Assess warehouse layout, cleanliness, and organization, ensuring 5S principles and Veho guidelines are followed.
  • Observe productivity behaviors, including idle time, movement patterns, break usage, leadership presence, and radio communication.
  • Validate safety and standard work submissions, reviewing timestamp accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Document findings clearly through structured audit reports to highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Follow daily and weekly audit cadences across safety, process, productivity, layout, and organization.
  • Collaborate with operations and safety teams to escalate issues and support continuous improvement initiatives across all markets.

  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
