Anticipated Schedule:
  • This is a 12 hour shift and could include overnights.
  • This team is on a rotating schedule, a 4-days-on, 3-days-off rotation. All shifts are 12 hours. You can expect to work approximately 42 hrs/wk.
  • Must be flexible for holidays, peak, and coverage rotations.
  • This is hybrid role in Bogota Colombia
About the Role
As a NOC Coordinator, you’ll be on the front line of Veho’s National Operations Center (NOC), ensuring the smooth flow of packages across our 3PL network and internal sites. You’ll monitor dashboards, flag risks, resolve exceptions, and communicate directly with ground teams and drivers to maintain operational excellence. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, fast problem-solving instincts, and a passion for logistics control-room work.
A great candidate:
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, parcel delivery, or operations control centers.
  • Strong systems and process orientation; able to troubleshoot workflows quickly.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfort with multi-screen dashboard monitoring and fast-paced decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong follow-through
  • Ability to stay composed in fast-moving situations
  • Experience with WMS/TMS systems
  • Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders and regional leaders
What You’ll Do:
  • Monitor inbound lanes, sortation, and launch compliance in real time.
  • Support 3PL partners with SOP/process questions, scan compliance, and issue resolution.
  • Make first-echelon system adjustments (e.g., SLA date changes, launch config updates).
  • Escalate true break-fix issues to Product/Engineering via defined protocols.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and lessons learned into the knowledge base.
  • Generate and distribute shift-level flash reports for leadership.
  • Maintain SOP compliance: Follow defined workflows and contribute to process improvement through feedback and observations.
