As the Director, you will oversee the end-to-end process of deploying our products and services, working closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, ensuring efficient project delivery, and scaling the implementation function to meet the growing demands of our business.

This is an in-office role based in our Miami headquarters, offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced and innovative environment. • Develop and oversee a strategic implementation framework that ensures timely and high-quality delivery of solutions to our clients.

  • Serve as the main point of escalation for complex client implementations, troubleshooting issues, and driving solutions that meet both client and internal requirements.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and support teams to ensure that client feedback and technical needs are addressed throughout the implementation process.

  • Manage and optimize resources, workflows, and processes to deliver scalable and repeatable implementation success.

  • Build strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and act as a trusted advisor during the implementation phase.

  • Track and report on key implementation metrics (e.g., time to go-live, project milestones, client satisfaction) to executive leadership, driving continuous improvement based on data.

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing implementation team, ensuring professional growth and alignment with company objectives.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in implementation and client success, continually refining processes to ensure competitive advantage.

  • Oversee budget planning, allocation, and tracking for the implementation department, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or client onboarding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven success in managing complex, enterprise-level implementations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience integrating with ERP platforms, specifically related to Accounts Payable is highly preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or related industries is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
