Office Manager
Coordinate and oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth operations, ie, managing courier services; managing meeting venues; office access and ensuring office safety complying with work safety practices required; Welcoming visitors and colleagues; Control office attendance and prepare monthly reports.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
Planning and booking hotels and trips for all employees with the travel agency.
Handle communication and coordination between different departments.
Supporting the organization of corporate and local events
Co-responsible for the Hygiene, Safety, and Health at Work, being aware of the security and health legal guidelines and requirements of an office, and the concepts and the tools needed to learn the essential measures for the prevention and protection from accidents and occupational diseases.
Assisting the management team on any administrative support needed
Providing administrative support to corporate areas like finance, IT, marketing and HR.
HR/Finance/Procurement

● Assist in the full payroll cycle, including data entry, timekeeping, and payroll distribution in coordination with a Payroll external company.
● Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including health insurance and work medicine inclusions, and provide necessary resources.
● Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information.
● Collaborate with the HR department to address office-related needs.
● Assist the Procurement Department with data entry and data management.
